Every collision, conviction and roadside inspection tied to your fleet lands on a record the Ministry of Transportation keeps, and that record produces a violation rate measured against a threshold set for your fleet size and kilometres travelled. The rating it produces is public. Insurers read it at renewal. Shippers read it before awarding freight.
